Holley 750 Vacuum Secondary ?

Ok Folks this been problem for years. Many people have tried to solve it. Tango built this carb several years back. Since day was bolted on has flat spot when smashed to floor. Like car saying ought o. You can drive around come to hill and transition is smooth. Rolling along push pedal down and transition again smooth. Acts like going dead when smashed peddle from dead stop no popping through carb. Ounce it catches up throw back in seat. Matter of blink of eye dose this. Timing 18 initial and 18 mechanical with hooked full vacuum. 13 steady vacuum idle and 8 in gear have 5.5 power valve. Set the air bleeds with vacuum gauge. Automatic 2800 stall and 373 gear. Also 35 shooter with orange pump cam hole 1. Pump arm set with filler gauge. Quick change vacuum secondary which has plain silver spring. I been driving car like this for years. It would be nice smash and go. Everything has been tried pump cams , shooters , vacuum springs so on. Other then that this car screams with out missing beat shifting 6200 tearing tires hitting second gear then third.

After all this time trying get this heavy car off line. I got it where it's hard launch clean and crisp. Green pump cam hole two and readjusted pump arm. Holley said to hold throttle open use filler gauge between bolt and arm. I adjusted it with throttle closed and arm just touching. Now traction become real issue.
