My Dad had a 455 Pontiac in a 1970 Nova in the early 80's . For an auto Trans 525" Lift Cam 4.10 Dana all steel car on H.P it ran Low 11's and was #2 in it's Points Class at the track . He had a 1969 455 Olds with the Big Port Heads . This was the 455 when they Painted them Red before the 442's got them . He was going to Build that Engine up and run it . The Engine Shop we used back then Gary Browns Said it would make more Power then the Pontiac . But My Dad did not want to spend more money again for another intake Headers Dist all the good stuff so he sold it . I had a Few Cutlass's with 350 Rockets that ran real strong so yes I am a fan of them . the 1973 Old's omega had a 350 Old's option so them frame mounts should work if bolted in correctly you also should run a TH-400 Trans . As for Headers I think Headers are made for a BB Olds in a 2nd Gen Firebird they should work as-well . You cant rev them up Like a SB Chevy with them Big Mains and the stock oiling system . But they do have Forged Rods and the Torque will be as good or better then a 454 Chevy . It would run all right I had a 1971 455 with Low Miles that was going to go into My 1972 Cutlass before I traded it for My Mustang . Then I sold it for $400.00 Bucks Should a Could a Would a one of them things .
