I will do what I can with My Camera maybe set it up on My Trucks Tail gate . My Dad is Bigger then I the Bikes are fairly evenly matched per-size and Power . I would Like to run them then switch Drivers . Then Flat out with governors bypassed . But after that I am going to do some Mods to mine Ha-biggrin To bad we can not get My Brother in on this one with the Mini Bike My Dad owned that I built the Engine that He has Now . That one runs out well too

I plan to reinforce the Seat mount / Rear Shock bracket when I install the new seat . I think it will ride and handle better by doing so .

Hey Denny .W that's kinda Funny that you brought that up . I was reading about a Small Mini Bike that has a Long Block Like Mine but all done up and makes something Like 26 H.P . It has wheelie bars and can Leave a Long patch of Rubber on Launches . I did a Few more Fine adjustments to it today . No I still have the Governor hooked up . But it running as well as it can out the Box Ha-Ha . And I removed that Old Seat getting ready to work on the seat mount .

After cutting the Grass I drug-out My Welder and reinforced My Seat Frame . Watch out OCC and Jesse James Tango can weld too Ha-Ha . You can see in the First Photo how the old seat was mounted just angle screwed to the Wood bottom . With Shocks mounted to the back it has to have tons of Flex going on . Because the seat I bought is not as wide . I reversed the angle and reinforced it . Tomorrow I will buy some New Mounting Bolts and install the seat to the mount .

Here I rounded off the front no need to Leave sharp edges .

Thank's I did it Quick on the Go Today in the Heat after Cutting the Grass and before Work . But I was Tired when I first got to work . The New Seat has Wood Nuts one in front about 2" back and two across from each other about 12" back . That is why I have the two front reinforce Plates were they are .

He said take it for a Test run Ha-Ha . Man it Top Ends real Nice . I know I was over 40 MPH Dad said Looked Like about 50 MPH in about a Half Block . He Might Have me ? I have to do a few more adjustments on Mine now But Leave the governor bypass for Last Ha-biggrin

WOW!!!!!!!!! If your Dad,s scoot is hitting 50 mph in 1/2 block, Its "HOT" :) My old cushman in High School would run a tad over 40 mph.Maybe 45,been long ago. Seems as tho it had a 8 Horse mtr,I remember the front kick start. Any way, sounds like his is really kicking butt :)

My son Tango weights about 60 pounds less than I do, so he should reach higher speeds on my "Big-Block Doodle-Bug" than I could. Having owned a few motorcycles I would have to say I WOULD NOT want this "bug" any faster than it is; especially with just one disc brake to stop it. I was thinking as Tango flew by, "I hope no one pulls out in front of him". These modified bikes need space to stop. Tango and I will make a video as soon as he finishes his bike and we can get over to the "Big" parking lot. Tomorrow I will go over all the nuts and bolts to make sure things are staying tight. Did not remove the govenor but tweaked the spring.

Yeah I think it's Best if we get some Helmets on if we start running these things Full out . And there getting Faster and Faster as we keep at them . My Father and Myself have hit the Ground a few Times but we both were younger then . It would be much harder to shake it off now . We will be careful . Dad is right these Mini's stop really Bad . At High Speeds you need Lot's a room to stop them . I hope to install Larger brakes on Mine . My Dad's stop's just a bit better then mine .

I wondered if it was possible to use dual rear disc brakes,or even convert to Go Kart Hydralic disc ,They do a good job of stopping.

I am sure they make a better disc brake up-grade . I bought a New Manual Brake Caliper that has the same mounting spacing as Mine but uses different pucks but it really is not much different then what I have right now . I just finished bolting the seat on and removing the spark arrest off the Muffler freed up My Linkage to it was binding a bit . I hot Lapped it around the Block it's running better Ha-biggrin

Tango....Dont forget to use your welding skills to fabricate a "chain guard" so you dont become part of the bike. (Fatherly advice)
