RIP Willow Billy. He sure had an eye for finding great projects. Dam! I thought he would make it. Does anyone have an address or someplace we could send some flowers to?

Yeah he was on here earlier and it sounded like it was going better. I guess it took a turn.

Sorry to hear.....I have been on many different forums with him over the last 15-20 years.

He was from the Sturgis/Deadwood, SD area.

JB's death has been bothering me all week. I never met him, but I felt a closeness to him for some reason. We are the same age, that may be part of it. From the stuff he posted, he kind of lived the type of life that would suit me....I think anyways...lol. Buying old junk, fixing it and making a few bucks off it. I know he didn't have much property wise, but who needs that BS anyways. He also was into old tractors which I am also.
In 2006, the wife and I took a trip in our van out west, through the Black Hills and on to Yellowstone. I had been posting with JB on a few forums and thought it would be cool to stop and see him on the way.....We never did find the time, I wish now that we had.

I feel the same connection Poncho....He was an amazing guy when you see the art he created from what most folks would call junk. You are not alone in taking his death hard. A bunch of guys on another site have expressed their devastation also! Let's just hope that he has moved on to a far better place and his pain and suffering has ended!...CR
